The Legendary Heroes version of Madman appears to be approximate to the Marvel Legends line in terms of scale and articulation. Presumably inspired by the outfit of the comic book superhero Mr. Exciting, Madman’s costume is an impromptu-looking jumpsuit crowned with a broad red lightning bolt. The white costume features canary-yellow armpits and baggy black boots.
