Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

The customer should contact us by phone or e-mail within three (3) days upon receipt of the item.

Item must be returned in mint condition, in the same packing materials exactly as the item was received.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping cost and the item must be sent insured for the full value.

A refund will be issued to the customer for the origianl purchase price and original shipping less 15% of the total amount for a restocking fee upon receipt of the item.
Damages
Damages should be reported by phone or e-mail within 24 hours. If the package is visably damaged and it apears the item is damaged, refuse delivery. Contact us to report the damage. Once we have received the item and inspected it, a replacement will be shipped if available. If a replacement is not available, customer will have the option of receiving store credit or a full refund.
If there is no visable damage to the package, but upon opening the package the customer finds that the item is damaged, contact us by phone or e-mail within 24 hours and arrangements will be made to have the item returned. All packing materials should be kept exactly as received.
Remember, for returns or damaged items, it is important that all packing materials are kept and that the item is repacked exactly as received.
